Design Philosophy

I wholeheartedly believe in user-centered design (UCD) practices and design thinking principles. Good design encompasses more than aesthetically pleasing visual designs; it extends to the functionality and usability of the product. A product should solve a real user problem. Thus, I strive to build products or services that are pleasing to the eye and establish a sense of connection, understanding, comfort, and ease of use. This, in turn, encourages repeated engagement and utilization.
UX Process
My design process always starts with understanding the context, then defining the content and later testing it out to achieve success.

1. DISCOVER
I always start my design process by exploring the problem area and identifying current user behavior to focus on a specific issue about a particular topic.
3. DEVELOP
As a next step, the opportunities need to be developed into feature concepts, wireframes to task flows, user flows, dev requirements etc.
2. DEFINE
In this step, I develop the story. From Personas, and the journey map to documenting key insights and design opportunities.
4. DELIVER
As a last step of the design cycle, working prototypes are for user testing and updating the product design based on feedback.
